Welcome 2015! Yes, I know I'm 2 months late but better late than never! haha.. It has been a very busy and exciting year for me and my business. I was honored to be asked and had my cake pops become the center piece for a special lunch banquet at The Lakes Golf and Country Club. It was one of my biggest order yet. Such an awesome feeling!
I have received various order requests including a Disney theme which I made Mickey Mouse cake pops for. That was fun creating and brought back great childhood memories of meeting Minnie and Mickey. My customers loved it too! Check out my picture section for those adorable treats! I also did holiday pops for my children's teachers which I placed in a special keepsake coffee mug. Nothing like double the treat! Lastly, in lieu of the OSU Buckeye championship, I created simple scarlet and grey cake pops.
That's all for now folks! Hope to chat with you all soon! My other work duty calls....

Happy New Year and Almost Happy Valentine's Day to all of you! Sorry I have been out of touch. Summer to the end of 2013 was a very emotional and challenging year for me and my family. I lost a total of 8 loved ones in 7 months which slowed my cake pop making for a bit. I look forward to this brand new year and welcome new challenges to my cake pop decorating :) I have had a few orders and shared pictures of them in my photo section. So, please check it out! The first order that I received was actually 2 orders which was a Princess Party and a welcome gift for a family that adopted a precious little girl from China. Princess Addie and her mom wanted plain pops with sprinkles. One of my must do's is, that I have always made a special treat for the birthday boy or girl with one cake pop from their order. In Princess Addie's party, I made a tiara only for her. She was super excited and mom said that the cake pops were a hit! The welcome gift focused on lanterns that mom to be decorated in her newly adopted daughter's room. So, I attempted to create chinese lanterns. I chose the color red for the cake pops which symbolizes luck and believed to ward away evil. The lanterns were created, placed in foam and wrapped up for transport which made it to its destination perfectly! The whole family loved it! The last order that I received was for a spa party. The must do cake pop had pearls which spelled out the word spa and I drew an OPI nail polish on the cake pop. This was created for birthday girl Maddie. She absolutely loved it! Her mom even sent me her picture! Thank you Carolyn and Kelly for your orders, friendship and support!!

Been a while
Spring has passed and now summer is almost done. I cannot tell you how busy things have been. I have had the privilege to showcase my cake pops as a center piece to a baby shower which didn't last too long ;) I also had a mom request for me to come up with something for a young golfer. I made golf balls and placed them on a tee which was all edible. It was a hit! My latest creation was for my daughter's 7th birthday who LOVES fairies. So, I decided to borrow some of her figurines and came up with a fairy cake pop hideaway. I've had SO much fun creating cake pops in different ways and look forward to more this coming fall. Please see the pictures of my latest creations. Thanks for reading! Until next time....

Getting the word out
Hi All! My first order on March 3rd was a Taylor Swift Party and what do you think of when you hear that name?! Yup, rock star and guitar. So, I decided to create guitar shaped cake pops. It was super fun to do even though I was in the kitchen for quite sometime :) Maddie wanted vanilla butter cake with pink candy coating. Pink is such a light color that adding the strings took a bit more creativity. I decided to use most of the stick as part of the guitar then I added card stock towards the end of the stick to complete the guitar portion. I stayed with the musical theme by placing the cake pops on top of a record that I made with card stock which completed my order. Just like most girls, Maddie loves sparkles and I decided to add a few regular ball shaped cake pops with crystal sprinkles. Some of the guitars also has sprinkles to tie all of this together. She Loved it! Her mom told me that it was a hit and that it didn't last long! A great success to my first official order :) Here are some after pictures.
After the completion of my first order, I have been promoting my business and that truly has kept me busy. Honestly, it is quite challenging to do. I created a Facebook page. So, please like my page and see the creations that I have made thus far! As always, I welcome your input! Until next time..... take care!

Logo is a go!
Hi All! Things have been busy but extremely exciting and fun! As you can see, I now have my logo! Yeah! Thanks to my creative husband who drew my vision and placed it on paper. It took a lot of changing and tweaking but it is done! Things are now coming along. The challenge I had this week besides the logo was this blog! Seriously. I found out that this stuff is kinda hard to figure out! LOL! But I am slowly updating my blog, links and pages. It takes a lot of time, doesn't it?! I also have my 3 little petites at home keeping me on my toes as well. Keep checking out my pages as these next few days more info will be added. Until next time.....
